Here is the difference that matters, taken from what each app declares to Google rather than from what anyone says about it.

We have not listed the other apps' prices because we could not verify them from their listings, and guessing is how a page like this stops being trustworthy. Go and look.
Check the offline claim yourself, in thirty seconds
- Install it and turn on airplane mode.
- Scan a page, recognise the text, search for a word in it, export a PDF.
- It all works, because none of it needs a connection.
The app contains no network code, and a test fails the build if any is added. A claim you can falsify in half a minute is worth more than an adjective.
What it does not do
Because a page that only lists advantages is not one you should trust:
- Android only — no iOS app yet.
- No cloud sync, no team features, no web version.
- No backup. Lose the phone without exporting and the scans are gone. That is the direct cost of us not holding a copy.
If any of those matter to you, one of the others is genuinely the better choice — and we would rather you knew now than after paying.
